Big Time Rush is an American boy band that specializes in the field of pop. The group was formed in 2009. The group is made up of Kendall Schmidt and James Maslow along with Logan Henderson and Carlos PenaVega. In 2009, they signed with Nick Records before moving to Columbia Records. They starred in Nickelodeon's TV series, Big Time Rush. The show ran from November 28th from 2009 to July 25, 2013. The pilot episode included "Big Time Rush", the group's debut single for promotion.
